Developed a small application for viewing, editing, and compiling server files.

What's already available:
- Adding projects/servers
- Viewing and editing ItemInfo and CharacterInfo
- Compiling to bin for the client
- Localization into English and Russian

There are still plans, but I would like to get feedback and find out if this is still relevant?

- Item model display and export
- View item model by character race
- Model camera zoom in, zoom out, and reset buttons
- Compiling Skillinfo.txt to bin
- Selecting the desired encoding when saving
