EDIT: I made a new and fresh SQL instance and it worked. I had a regular ToP 1.36 server on the same instance, I just had attached/detached the databases when needed, but having one instance per server made it work.
Also, had to reply because I can't edit OG post.

for about you having older version 1.36, u can simply check the services and stop running automatically. manual run the sql when u want to play.
